What are your vaccination requirements?

You will need to show proof that your pet is current on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and both strains of Canine Influenza vaccinations.  All vaccines must be fully boostered for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to a stay.

Do you require a deposit? What are your cancellation policies?

We require no deposit, nor do we have a cancellation fee, however if you do need to cancel a reservation, we ask that you provide us with a few days’ notice if possible, so that we may fill your pet’s suite. If you return to pick up your pet earlier than you expected, you are only billed for your pet’s actual stay with us.

How do you accept payment?

For payment, checks can be made payable to Queen of the Valley Farm. We also accept cash and credit cards.

What will you feed my dog?

We feed and recommend Fromm’s Pet Foods. Your pet will enjoy Fromm’s Adult Gold dry formula and Fromm’s canned chicken formula. You may also pack your pet’s food in individual serving bags for each meal if you prefer. We have a microwave and refrigeration for your convenience. There is no additional charge for which ever food plan you choose.

What should I bring?

Leash, collar, shot records, food if you choose not to use ours, medications and any favorite toys, beds or treats. We have everything here but if Fluffy just can’t do without something please feel free to bring it!
